Overview
Olga has specialised in Family Law since her admission as a lawyer. She has experience assisting clients with a diverse range of issues, including complex financial matters involving family businesses and multiple corporate entities and parenting matters with international aspects.
Expertise
Olga has advised and acted for clients in the following matters:
- Property settlements between married and de facto couples;
- Children’s arrangements including responsibility for and care of children, surname changes, relocation cases and overseas travel;
- Assisting clients to formalise agreements reached with their former partners, including by way of Financial Agreements and/or consent orders;
- Spousal maintenance and child support;
- Divorce;
- Intervention orders;
- Jurisdictional questions including cases where parties have links to Australia and other countries and seeking stay or anti-suit injunction orders;
- Proceedings for the removal of caveats, including in the Supreme Court;
- Altruistic surrogacy arrangements and substituted parenting orders;
- Joinder of third-party companies to family law proceedings; and Mediations;
- Fluent in Russian.
